Lasagna has never been just a dish to me. It’s the kind of food that takes time, fills the kitchen, and brings everyone to the same table. It reminds me of the way I grew up around food in Palermo — cooking wasn’t simply about feeding people. It was how you welcomed them, took care of them, and made them feel at home.

That’s the idea I wanted to bring to Rockaway when I created Lasagna. I’m Chef Stefano, and whether I’m preparing someone’s dinners for the week, cooking trays for a family gathering, or creating a private dinner for a special night, I want the food to feel like it was made for you — because it was.
